At Vista Support Services CIC, families are at the heart of everything we do.
At Vista Support Services CIC, we work in partnership with schools across Hertfordshire to provide early help and practical support to families. Our Family Support Services are delivered by experienced School Family Workers who help strengthen home-school relationships, improve family dynamics, and offer guidance during times of challenge or change.
These services are accessed through school referrals and focus on proactive, empathetic, and practical interventions that create lasting impact at home and in the wider community.
Our School Family Workers provide flexible, one-to-one support for families, either in the home or within the school setting, depending on the needs of the family.
We offer families a safe space to talk, reflect, and take small, positive steps forward without fear of judgement.
Practical advice on routines, boundaries, communication, and emotional wellbeing—helping parents feel more confident and supported.
Support for families managing anxiety, behaviour concerns, transitions, and emotional regulation at home.
Help accessing wider support such as SEND services, housing advice, or benefit guidance.
Support through significant changes including separation, bereavement, or school transitions.
We partner with schools to identify families in need of early help before challenges escalate. By offering timely support through school referrals, we aim to strengthen family relationships and promote long-term wellbeing at home and in school.
Our support is grounded in real-life challenges and focuses on small, achievable steps that parents and carers can implement confidently. Every plan is tailored to the individual family’s needs, ensuring relevance and impact.
Provide emotional wellbeing, mentoring, and behaviour support for pupils who need it most.
