Referrals

We offer a range of support services for families, students, and parents, each with a clear referral process to ensure the right help reaches the right people at the right time. Please review the options below and select the appropriate referral pathway.

All referrals must be submitted using the correct online referral form. Each form has been designed to ensure the appropriate information is captured and that signed consent is collected as part of the process.

If you need support with completing a referral, please contact our team on 01727 519128 or email [email protected]. We’re happy to help guide you through the process.

Submitting Your Referral

All referrals are now submitted securely through our online forms, streamlining the process for both schools and families.

  • If the referral is being made by a school, the form will automatically be sent to the parent or guardian for consent after submission. The parent will be able to review the information and complete the consent section before it is passed on to the Vista team.
  • If the referral is being made directly by a parent, the full form (including consent) can be submitted in one step.

In both cases, the referral will only be processed once signed consent has been received. This ensures all information is handled securely and in line with data protection standards.

If you have any questions or need help with the process, please contact our team on 01727 519128 or email [email protected].
