We offer a range of support services for families, students, and parents, each with a clear referral process to ensure the right help reaches the right people at the right time. Please review the options below and select the appropriate referral pathway.
All referrals must be submitted using the correct online referral form. Each form has been designed to ensure the appropriate information is captured and that signed consent is collected as part of the process.
If you need support with completing a referral, please contact our team on 01727 519128 or email [email protected]. We’re happy to help guide you through the process.
This pathway is for families who need early support, guidance or a Families First Assessment. Referrals in this category are typically made by schools or professionals working closely with the family.
Family Support
Families First Assessment
This pathway is for individual students who may benefit from emotional, behavioural, or mental health support provided through the school. Referrals can be made for 1:1 support or group programmes.
(Self-funding support for parents)
This option is for parents who would like to access support for themselves or their children independently of school or local authority funding. This is a self-funded service.
All referrals are now submitted securely through our online forms, streamlining the process for both schools and families.
In both cases, the referral will only be processed once signed consent has been received. This ensures all information is handled securely and in line with data protection standards.
If you have any questions or need help with the process, please contact our team on 01727 519128 or email [email protected].
